Learn how to needle-felt wool and transform your Salem witch hat into unique, wearable art. Create a mushroom design, 3D mushrooms in a fairy ring, modify the shape of the hat, or whatever you can imagine using a wide variety of colored wool. All tools and materials provided, or bring your own knitted witch hat to decorate.
