WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY WORKSHOP?
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your workshop. (DO NOT ARRIVE TOO EARLY, OR YOU WILL BE WAITING OUTSIDE) This will allow ample time to select materials before the instruction begins. If you are late, we cannot start over for you. You may need to get a kit-to-go.
WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE?
- Our workshops are immersive crafting sessions! We do not incorporate witchcraft history lessons, have people dressed as witches or do spells during our workshops. We make brooms! Some are there to make witches brooms, others are there to make brooms for decoration. All are welcome. We do have a broom lore sheet that you can take a picture of, if you are interested in brooms and folklore. By the way, if you love all things witchy, we also have a live performance called Moon Witch! It is sold out for October, but will become a year-round event soon. You can check it out here!
THE CALENDAR ISN'T SHOWING ANY WORKSHOP SPOTS AT THE DATE/TIME I'D LIKE TO SIGN UP FOR, WHAT DO I DO?
- If the calendar is blank for a specific workshop it means that the workshop is completely sold out, there are a few ways to move forward from there.
1. Get a kit-to-go: If you can't get a spot in one of our workshops you can always get a kit-to-go in store. (Our online store is closed for October). Kits-to-go are available WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. (OCTOBER: Please check our website for dates/times you can purchase broom making kits-to-go).
.2. Continue checking availability: There is a chance that people will cancel reservations before their workshop. If this is the case,
those workshop spots will become open again for another customer to book, however, there is no guarantee that this will happen.
WHAT IS THE INITIAL PAYMENT FOR?
- An initial payment of $50/person (plus $3.12 sales tax) is required to hold spots for all broom making and bookbinding workshops at The Witchery. This deposit will be subtracted from your remaining total at the end of the workshop. Please check out the broom making and bookbinding FAQs below for additional information on pricing.
I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY WORKSHOP RESERVATIONS, HOW DO I DO THIS?
- You can reschedule your workshop reservations through the confirmation email you initially received upon booking your spots for the workshop. (If you need to reschedule 4 workshop reservations you must reschedule 4 different times).
I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Reservation cancellation can be done through the confirmation email you initially received upon booking your spots for the workshop, after cancelling your reservations, give us a call and we will be able to refund you the amount that you paid for your deposits. There are no refunds for late cancellations, tardiness, or "no shows".
WHAT DO I DO IF I AM RUNNING LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
- Please give us a call to let us know when you expect to arrive; If we do not hear from you we will assume you aren't coming and we may give your spot to a walk-in. If you are not present when the instruction portion of the workshop has begun we cannot start over for you. Missed appointments are not eligible for a refund but we will work with you to try and reschedule your reservations, or you can put your deposit towards a kit-to-go.
